Ipoh Trip

Just came back from a very fulfillingtrip from Ipoh...

DAY 1(Friday)

10.30am take bus to Ipoh
1.30pm Reached Ipoh and ate lunch at Xiao Yun Ding (Small Genting?)
2.15pm Went to Ave Maria Secondary School for meeting
5.30pm Went to Shin hwei's house and bathed
7.00pm Went for dinner with our host-cum-guide, Victor's family, at Teck Kee
Restaurant
8.30pm Went to Jusco, shop around and took photos at the Games arcade (with the huge Doraemon)
10.30pm Went to visit Victor's house, played cards and some played mastermind
12.00am Reached Shin hwei's house, pillow talk
2.30am Sleep..z.z.z.z.z.z.z

Day 2 (Saturday)

5.30am Wake up
6.00am Went to have dimsum breakfast...yummy!!!
7.00am Reached Ave Maria, started our duty as facillitators
8.00am The Jiang Xin Bi Xin Camp officially started
8.30am A talk about life and Buddhism
9.00am Seminar about choices in life
12.00pm Lunch (vegetarian food)
1.00pm Games (crazily tiring and fun!!)
2.45pm Light passing Ceremony...where we pass the flame on our candle to the person
behind us..symbolizing the passing of knowledge and good will...
5.00pm Camp ended, photography session with our cute juniorssss
5.15pm Meeting to evaluate the camp and mistakes
5.30pm Go back Shin hwei house to bath
6.00pm Go to Ipoh Garden's boutique
7.30pm Go to eat Ya Cai Ji (Chicken and Bean Sprouts)and bought some local biscuits
8.30pm Go to Ipoh Parade
10.00pm Go to Ren Min Garden (Very dark...but quite beautiful with the
lighting...best for couples, i guess)
10.20pm Go to drink white coffee at Chang Jiang (the coffee is very nice and
fragrant!!)
11.30pm Go back Shin hwei's house. Gals played cards..i wrote my diary...
1.30am Sleep.z.z.z.z.z.z

Day 3 (Sunday)

8.30am Wake up...supposed to meet the boys but both parties overslept..
8.45am Go Xi yuan lou eat breakfast (chee chong fun, egg tarts,yam and carrot cake)
9.15am Go Ling Xian Dong
10.00am Go San Bao Dong (Climb to a very high cave through a very long stairway)
10.35am Go another cave to see the tortoises
11.20am Go Ji Le Dong, saw the beautiful garden and stalagtites, stalagmites
12.35pm Have a very rushed lunch coz our bus is due at 1.15pm
1.10pm Rushed to the bus station
1.35pm Baru the bus came...
5.30pm Reached Shah Alam


Haaa..Thats about it..The enjoyable journey to Ipoh
