Life Hacks or Basic Necessities

Based on recent frustrations, I decided to make a post on all the basic life hacks that I believe everyone (with basic internet and technology access) need, NEED to KNOW.

1. Start using Gmail and Google documents

2. Google Chrome is the best internet browser, install it and let it change your internet surfing experience, forever! Check out the awesome AdBlock google app and do the right thing, donate to the programmer who made your internet browsing experience free of annoying ads.

3. Find coupons (online or in a magazine or flyer) before making any huge purchase

4. Use Mint.com or anything to start managing your finances, it's never too early to plan for financial freedom

5. Read these books and grow wiser:
- How to Talk to Anyone
- Rich Dad Poor Dad
- How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
- Tuesdays with Morrie

6. Visit TED.com and check out some inspiring ideas that people all over the world are working to make happen! It never fails to launch me to action.

7. Get away from internet one day of the week and talk to real people for at least 20 mins.

8. Soap create an anti-fogging layer on the mirror/glass, write a hidden message to your friends/family today or start enjoying fog-free time in the showers

9. Fruits and vegetables are awesome for your health and Mother Earth, try being Vegetarian a day of the week and feel the difference, go V~

10. Get physically active and move your body! Do your health and heart a huge favor, give them more oxygen and reason to beat~

11. If you don't have a planner, get one, and get on top of all the fun things going on in your life. A pen and paper is more reliable than any brain.

12. (Illegal copyright violation hack) 4shared.com and megaupload has virtually any ebook, movie, drama, music that you're looking for. Just Google the title and add "MU" or rapidshare to the search and enjoy the loot of piracy.

13. Amazon Kindle is a great investment for avid readers. Amazon allows free download of classic literature which copyrights have expired. And unlimited 3G means you stay connected to the internet wherever you go (maybe not in the mountains, and not at the best speed you'd like)

14. Keepvid.com allows you to save any Youtube video as an Flv or mp4 file. Free Zumba lessons and music videos for life!

15. Wetfeet.com, Monster.com, ehow.com, and many other websites offer invaluable career and professional development advice, just reach out and the resources are endless!

16. Don't stop learning, life hacking never ends :)
