Restaurant Week

A brief summary of my sister and my Restaurant week adventure:

1. Top of the Hub
-Awesome view 52 floors from ground, good (but not great) food, and nice ambiance in the jazz bar/restaurant. Being on top of the world is an amazing feeling; it inspired me to think about scaling greater heights, carving a greater niche, so that I may one day help make the right rules, and bring my loved ones up there with me.

2. Pigalle
- Lovely, quaint restaurant perfect for a romantic date. Amazing, unforgettable French food. Best fine dining experience in Boston.

3. Melting pot
- Delicious cheese fondue. Self-fried food for lunch, imagine hot pot in a fine dining setting, and replacing broth with hot oil. Basically DIY tempura and fried beef cubes. Luckily we knew our deep frying stuff ^-^ Amazing chocolate fondue for dessert (more modest portion this time) as usual.

Conclusion, occasion splurge is great to stimulate the mind to work harder. But deep frying my own food in a restaurant is not the best idea.
